Mike Armiger is a Mental Health Practitioner and Sports Consultant. He has vast experience in working with people ranging from high level performance athletes to vulnerable confused children. 

He speaks with such an open and honest nature communicating a sometimes difficult to understand subject so well.

In an eye opening and engaging hour with Mike we discuss the differences between mental health and mental illness, how he works with athletes on improving their mental health, how more and more children are becoming affected by mental health issues, and what as parents and guardians we can do about that. 

We also seek out some actionable advice on how we can all look after our own mental health better and learn that our minds may not have the physical attributes of a muscle but they should certainly be exercised like one.
