September is the new January, and many of you are thinking of a reset! This episode shares one thing I'm doing to "reset" myself after a really overwhelming and emotional summer. Mindful Eating practices have taught me to trust my "wise mind" in finding what fits for me, and I am approaching this "reset season" by tuning in to my own needs, my own body, and setting intentions with curiosity.
