Today's epispode contains a trigger warning for anyone who struggles with talking about death and grief. Although I don't go into great detail about the sudden loss of my fiance and his mental health, I do speak about loss, and grief, in the context of heart hunger and mindful eating.

It's an off the cuff episode, that shares a part of my life that involved food memory, happy times and my own heart hunger on the 20th anniversary of his death.

We all long for someone or something. Let's not demonize the connection that ALL foods can play in connecting us with love. Love lost, and love found.
