The skill of speaking should therefore be high on the list of important skills that every executive and professional should have. Especially those that strive for leadership positions. Being able to communicate with confidence and understand how to use their voice is critical for success.

Alas, public speaking is one of the most feared activities that most people have. Standing in front of people to talk about something that one knows like the back of their hands is a major stress inducing experience for most.
