Clara is an intern Psych Nurse (almost qualified whoop whoop!), a Mental Health Advocate, a Spunout.ie Action Panelist, a Youth advisor at BodyWhys and the founder of @_thisisnotconsent on Instagram. Clara shares her story of battling an Eating Disorder and how she has faced her fears and battled through her darkest times, all by being her own best friend.
