This week Natasha is joined by another fantastic guest and fellow coach Fiona Jones to share her story with ADHD. 

 Fiona lives in London with her husband and 2 children. As a child, she always felt her mind was different. She struggled to focus and was often forgetful, which caused her to fall behind in school.After years of searching for answers to explain her difficulties, she was finally diagnosed with ADHD at 42.  

 Listen to Fiona's journey from her struggles at school, to finding success in her varied careers. Which finally led to her becoming a coach, supporting other women with ADHD to create meaningful change in their lives.
