At the age of 22 Helen O'Rahilly left Dublin and moved to London where she began what would become a 30 year media career, most of it working for the BBC. Helen was also the first woman to become Director of Television with RTÉ. Helen's mother passed away in 2019 which along with numerous other issues, including Brexit, made Helen decide to move back to Ireland. Helen made the move just before the pandemic of Covid 19 and found herself caring for the same person who helped care for her Mother, her Aunt. Helen tells us her heart-warming story and also how her Aunt has helped Helen become even more famous on twitter which has since led to a pre Christmas book deal.
