Steve Biernacki is my guest on the show this week. We talked about leadership and service in business and in the non-profit sector.

Steve is the current Executive Director of City Connections. He has been a successful business owner and entrepreneur as well as an executive leader in non-profit roles across Central Arkansas.

He calls himself a "professional do-gooder," and he has spent the last decade helping build partnerships, hope, and communities through non-profit causes. He started as a volunteer over 35 years ago through church and have worked in every aspect of the non-profit world.

Steve loves to hunt, golf, cook, and mostly, spend time with his wife and four children. Steve volunteers his efforts, serving on numerous boards and councils; and has been a keynote speaker for many civic groups and non-profits.
