On today’s episode I sit down with coach Steph to discuss the topic of athletic progressions. We go over some of the reasons why athletic progressions are important such as longevity, proper movement, injury prevention, and increased performance. This episode also serves as an announcement of sorts for our soon to be released athletic progression chart.
