On today’s episode I sit down with LIV Athletic athlete Kellie Dunlap. Kellie has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast and just this past year after her 50th birthday decided to try CrossFit. Kellie and I get into what she was like as a kid and how she found her love for fitness during college. We also dive into her relationship with food and how it affected her nutrition and mindset until recently having a breakthrough after 30 years of struggles. We chat about some of the big goals she set out to achieve when starting at LIV, and how she is working toward accomplishing them. Kellie is one of the hardest working most dedicated athletes I’ve had the pleasure of working with and it was awesome to have her on the show to give her the opportunity to share her story. Enjoy!
