Today we have LIV Athletic Coach Carter Moore on the show. Carter and I discuss his journey as an athlete from competitive karate to Crossfit athlete, as well as his transition from athlete to coach. Carter has worked hard over the years to develop routines and habits to optimize his lifestyle.
