On today’s episode we have special guest Tim Thackery. Tim is a highly accomplished athlete and coach. Tim was a long time member of the USA national team in tae kwan doe and also competed nationally in olympic weightlifting. He has worked as the strength and conditioning coach for multiple olympians as well as numerous individuals in the sport of fitness nationwide, including the LIV Athletic competition team. In our conversation Tim and I get into how to develop a positive mindset as an athlete, meaningful goal setting, and how one person can create an amazing culture.
