Dana Richman is a Marketing Specialist at TopLine Strategies. She obtained her degree in marketing at Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business and is certified in ClickDimensions. Oddly enough, her journey didn't start in marketing and actually went into graphic design in college. Being a "people-person," and realizing the job involving graphic design doesn’t really say much about being with people, she changed gears and switched to marketing. She believes that the right technology strategy - when it's completely adapted across the organization - can drive revenues to new levels.
