In this episode, I wanted to share a very raw update. My purpose is to help those who are in or have been in very dark places to know they are not alone. And to help support people better understand what it's like to walk through something like this. This was recorded in December and my circumstances have changed for the better since then. But at the time of recording, I did not know what the future held.
