I originally started my podcast as a way to help my wife share her story about health and wellness. I had always kinda wanted to be a radio DJ so it seemed like a really good idea. Then it morphed and I started to interview other people about their health and personal journeys to their stories out.

Maybe, just maybe in the end the entire podcast was created to get my own story out...and this is my story.
