In this week's episode, I talk about Cystic Fibrosis (CF). CF is a genetic disorder that affects the mucus secretions in the lungs and pancreas to be very thick. This can cause malnourishment, and also some serious respiratory problems, including infections. I talk to James, who has lived with CF for 28 years now, and talks about his love for cricket, how he's had a pneumothorax on top of the CF, and also shows us how he uses his PEP device to further help his breathing.
