In this week's episode, I talk about Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). JIA is an autoimmune disease which attacks the joints of the body like in the knees, hips, fingers, and more. This can cause much difficulty in daily activities from walking to grabbing a coffee mug. I talk to Kathryn who has had JIA since she was 2 years old, and talks about her struggle through school with JIA, and how there's a camp specifically for kids with arthritis that is found all over the states!
