A must listen! Adam just doesn't give his insights but also give forward info which is both entertaining and informative!

I work in recruiting and I'm hyper-critical of those out there offering up sub-par advice on Talent Acquisition. Adam however is a cut above the rest. He has amassed a network of the best of the best in recruiting. A "good guys/Gals" club if you will. You can expect nothing but real talk from Adam and his carefully selected guests. Honest, raw conversations about talent. As an added bonus he's an entrepreneur. Not the "make 100K in 10 days" or "check out my Ferrari" type. No, Adam is humble and hungry. He discusses his failures as much as his successes and offers up something few business podcasts can offer up - relatability. This is my go to podcast for all things business and TA and I don't see another podcast dethroning the Pozcast on my playlist any time soon.

Poz is great. Awful New York accent but don't hold that against him. The episode with James Hornick was the 🐐. Dude is so funny. And smart. And attractive.
