"If we want to love, we must first learn to forgive." - Mother Theresa
On this beautiful Sunday October 8, 2023 - Canadian Thanksgiving Sunday (the for real one is tomorrow 🦃 ) I wanted to take a moment and reflect on the one thing that has single handedly brought me more peace in my life than anything else; Gratitude.
Today I get vulnerable, reflecting on some of the strategies that have helped me to forgive past relationships, move on from lessons learned and make better quality decisions to ensure a life without regret.
As I was scripting this show a poem started to come to fruition, so I decided to lay a beat I had just created to it and freestyle the poem one take over it. You can hear that as *Bonus* material at the end.
Here's what to expect and the resources I cite inside the show.
