SelfWork can help you begin that healing, or be an addition to the work you’re already doing, as I offer compassionate common-sense directions, ideas and goals toward the changes you want to make. I’ve been a psychologist for over 25 years; and here at SelfWork, I let you in on what I’ve learned from people just like you.
