Grateful to speak with a former friend of mine, Coach Katelyn Kight. Katelyn and I interned together at University of Maryland in the strength and conditioning department, and since then, she has thrived in her career as a college strength coach. This is an important listen for young female athletes who want to play in college and show up as their strongest, fastest and fittest expression of themselves!

Katelyn is currently an assistant sports performance coach at UCF in Orlando, FL working with softball, track and field, and rowing. Spent 4 years prior at UMBC working with women’s soccer, softball, and track and field.
Get the Total Youth Female Athlete Fitness video course to learn how to teach female athletes strength technique, speed, and change of direction mechanics for injury reduction and performance.
