My mission is to help women achieve the results they want and learn tools for life without going down the dark path I did when I first entered the fitness industry.
I once had disordered eating issues, hypothalamic amenorrhea and a terrible relationship with my body and food / exercise. And now as a holistic health coach, I look at health as a whole with my clients to help them take control of their health and reach their goals in a way they can sustain and learn tools for life without going down the path that I did.
I also educate others in my passion of women's health and that is why I decided to create this podcast, so I can further chat about important topics with other leading coaches in the field to help bring you digestible information that can be applicable to your own life.
