My mission is to help women achieve the results they want and learn tools for life without going down the dark path I did when I first entered the fitness industry.I once had disordered eating issues, hypothalamic amenorrhea and a terrible relationship with my body and food / exercise. And now as a holistic health coach, I look at health as a whole with my clients to help them take control of their health and reach their goals in a way they can sustain and learn tools for life without going down the path that I did.I also educate others in my passion of women's health and that is why I decided to create this podcast, so I can further chat about important topics with other leading coaches in the field to help bring you digestible information that can be applicable to your own life.From fitness, nutrition, gut health, periods, women's health and travel / life chats that I will bring to this podcast, I think you will love the assortment of topics to listen to whether you're out for a walk or commuting to work or just relaxing!
