Greg Faxon is a high-stakes performance coach who catalyzes radical and lasting results for champion-hearted individuals. He partners with entrepreneurs all across the globe who are driven to be the best at their game and helps them build impactful businesses without leaving their health or relationships behind. In addition, Greg has been an All American wrestler and a nationally ranked Spartan racer. And recently, along with his partner, Emma Moulton Huvos, he started the Riverside Project - a collaborative learning experience rooted in the simple desire to live better.

During the interview, Greg shares about how he made the intentional decision to be unconventional in his business by choosing to move away from scale and to move toward making a deep impact with a small amount of like-minded people. He chose to be true to himself and make the biggest impact going deep instead of wide.Greg also tells the story about how a conversation with Seth Godin influenced his approach to building an email marketing list.  Finally, Greg talks about what makes a great coach to help take a business to the next level...and much more!Enjoy this interview?
