When it comes to our environment we’re not always aware of how much it can affect us. This is what we’ll be covering in this mini-series. The way we interact in our surroundings is something that we often learn from others. You can even take this right back to our childhood, and how you were taught to treat your surroundings.

We want to encourage you to challenge yourself to be super clear and honest with yourself with what you NEED in your environment.
We’re doing this series so that our listeners can sit in with this topic for a month. It can help you determine how you want to align yourself in the new year.

This week’s takeaway is to set an intention to be open as you listen to each of the following episodes. Write the intention on a scrap piece of paper and read it each time, before you listen.
