Helen Farmer has lots of culinary treats for you. First she is speaking to Chef Jet from Wise Kwai restaurant which aims to bring traditional Thai recipes to the Dubai public, resisting the trend to cater to a more western palate and sticking to authentic Thai cuisine. 

Joining them is Executive Chef Kelvin Kelly from DusitD2 and vegan, raw food chef extraordinaire, Athena Matheou from Be Supernatural Kitchen. She is bringing in a wholly vegan, raw food pad Thai which is famed for its flavourful, robust, zesty tang with a creamy and crunchy texture.
