I invested a good chunk of change in lab testing but it was 100% worth it

Lab tests I took:

Urinalysis

Indican test for protein malabsorption

Oxidative stress for free radicals

Diet and lifestyle analysis

Food antibodies aka food allergies

Fatty acid analysis

Breath test for small intestine bacterial overgrowth aka SIBO

Stool microbiology

Koenisburg test for adrenal fatigue

Hemoglobin A1C to see how much of my red blood cells are coated with sugar

Vitamin C panel to see how well my body is protecting me against free radicals

Biggest finding was that I had Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
