As everyone can have a different perspective on what wellbeing is, or perhaps has never truly considered it - in this episode I'll draw upon my experience of working within the wellness industry and the education sector, to share with you what I consider wellbeing in children and young adults to look like - and to offer some simple approaches to boosting the wellbeing of your pupils.
