Dr. Sarah Kucera helps people live an aligned life based on Ayurvedic principles. Ayurveda is a 3,000-year-old medical practice that treats the whole body, not just the symptoms.
Sarah is the founder and owner of Lek in Kansas City, Missouri. She is a licensed chiropractor, certified Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, and author of The Ayurvedic Self-Care Handbook and Seven Ways to Ayurveda.
Sarah doesn't own a car because it simplifies her life and embeds her in her community because she walks everywhere. She eats with intention according to what her body needs and what is abundant in each particular season. She is conscious of her consumption of coffee and rarely drinks alcohol and for 13 years never drank it.
She helps her patients create routines in rhythm with the season and their doshas to live more in balance with themselves and the planet.
If you're interested in aligning with your highest self, this episode is for you.
