Ntsiki Biyela is a South African winemaker and businesswoman who runs Aslina Wines, and she is the first Black female winemaker in South Africa. She comes on the show to talk to us about her love of wine, what makes South African wines special, and what challenges she has faced as a Black woman starting her own winery only 30 years in the wake of apartheid.
