It’s time for those of us who are spiritually advanced to fine-tune our vibration and become aware of the subtle tricks of the ego.

Part 1:

For instance, when we are in an experience of ‘road rage,’ many of us deem our behavior as "acceptable" and make very sound arguments for our negative—and often times over-exaggerated—reactions.

“Well, he cut me off and he could have killed me!”

“It’s ridiculous!”

“I can’t stand the way these people drive!”

Now, I am no stranger to experiences such as road rage, but, lately, I am really noticing the cleverness of the ego when it comes to these types of situations. The ego mind has a way of tricking us to believe that our reactions are justified. But, the truth is, as long as we are a slave to our reactory mind, we are not in control of our vibration. And, as we know by now, the frequency of our vibration is what should matter most to us at all times, as the frequency we are tapped into in this NOW-moment is the SOLE determining factor of how we are perceiving the world in this NOW-moment.

Part 2:

We talk about how important it is to remain true to our authentic selves. How often do you say “yes” to a dinner date with a friend, even if you do not feel like going? Have you ever taken a moment to ask yourself why you do this? In this section, we talk about how and why it is so important to listen to our inner guidance. It is time for us to nit-pickingly analyze the choices we make, as seemingly small choices (i.e. going out when you would prefer not to) are actually covering up huge patterns (i.e. the tendency to care more about another person’s well-being than your own) that hinder us from reaching our potential.
