2 Ounces Pisco1 Ounce Simple Syrup3/4 Ounce Key Lime Juice1 Large Egg White2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Separate egg white and add ingredients to Boston shaker. No Ice. Start with dry shake to froth. Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake again for 20 seconds. Strain and pour into coupe or glass of your choice. Garnish with drops of bitter, or cinnamon.
