In this episode we look into various means and methods through which we can calm the internal conversation. A word of caution though, this episode is not essentially a “how to” but more of a quest in finding these means of relaxation. In that sense we’re not attempting to prescribe any means or methods to relax your mind, rather experientially find if those ways work for us and then choose whether to engage with these means and methods.
