Many of us walk the path laid to us by the societal norm. We get into university by 18, find a job by 21 or 22 and work in that discipline until we grow old. While that was probably the need in the 60s and the 70s, is it still the norm? What is an alternative that will allow us to find the balance between our passion and our profession, our mission and our vocation?
