I decided to do something a little bit different to usual for Episode number 50 of the podcast. This is a guided body scan meditation to help you bring more calm into your day. I have been meditating regularly for over a year and it really helps me to ease anxiety & brings more calm into my life. I also use meditation in my Empowerment Coaching sessions with my clients quite regularly & have witnessed how beneficial it can be to drop out of your head, into your body & go within. We are exposed to so much noise (from social media, the news, etc) each day & meditation provides an opportunity to simply go within. We have so much wisdom within & meditation allows us to connect in with that. This guided meditation takes just over 14 minutes & you will be guided through each stage of it.
