During lockdown, it's important that we stay active both physically and mentally. “Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body." But if you don't have time to read or just don't like to read, you might want to consider listening to audiobooks instead. I've got a few good books that I wanna share with my friends and I think a good way to do that is just read for them. Enjoy!
