Rising Up Series Part 2 - In episode 2 of the Rising Up Series, we wanted to share with you our thoughts on the relationship between physical and mental health. Through our experiences, physical health and activity makes an impact on our mental well-being everyday and we passionately believe that in order to "rise up" and create a better life for yourself, its important to have an understanding of this relationship. Physical activity looks different to all of us, it can be as extreme as running a marathon or as simple as a morning stretch, but the impact on our mental health is all the same.
