My guest today is Anissa Hudak. As a two time rape survivor, she knows how painful and challenging it can be for a woman to heal from sexual trauma. She helps women to navigate their healing journeys with her Trauma Healing Yoga therapy program by working with them to heal their PTSD and other trauma related issues.
