If you’ve ever watched a really good trial lawyer give an opening statement or closing argument, you’ll walk away from the experience moved, motivated and ready to take the requested action. Not only will you feel a strong rapport with the lawyer, you’ll also feel passionate about his or her client and the case.

When you think about the dynamics of trial, this is truly amazing because of all the barriers that are set up in the first place. Most of the jurors (the audience) don’t want to be there or have anything to do with the case. They hate being away from their families and work and many have doubts about the legal system and distrust lawyers.
