Thursday 4 March is University Mental Health Day - an opportunity for university communities to come together to make mental health a priority and to create ongoing change to the future of student mental health.
We spoke to Becky and Giudi from the Wellbeing Team in UEA Student Services about what support is available for students, why it's important to keep talking about mental health and their tips on looking after your mental health and wellbeing both at university in general and in the current lockdown.
Trigger warning: suicide.
UEA students can find out more and access support via Student Services' My UEA pages, as well as the full range of wellbeing and mental health support available to them on My UEA. You can also follow UEA Student Services on Twitter and Instagram.
