This WOD is inspired by a concept that I've been working on over the course a couple sessions.

I'm going to share how I apply this concept towards my goals but ultimately this is something that you can mold to fit the needs and demands of what you are training for.

The components to this concept are that:

1) We can chase ALL thing linearly at once

2) Each session we have to make a decision what's important to use that session.

This concept takes a step away from the normal concept of the WOD and moves a step deeper into the programming model of repeatable workouts.

Another aspect of this training is that we are bookending with skills and/or conditioning attributes.

Additional instead of linearly chasing load we are going to linearly add volume in the two strategic drills that are most important to us and that over time we will add both strength and skill.

So without further ado I give you
