This WOD is inspired by the group over at Civilian Military Combine.
I believe this is a tribute/hero WOD for them called Donny.
I liked the classic Fran rep scheme but put a slight twist on hinge movement.
Instead of doing just deadlifts we chose for something more athletic and accessible double kettlebell sprinter stance swings
The other thing we did was add a secondary piece to the burpee with the box jump.
Other than that his is a pretty straight forward piece of get after it.
Going back 'up' the rep ladder is going to definitely challenge your mental fortitude.
I'm just going to stick with the original name on this WOD and call it: Donny
