This is the mirror piece to the 'OJ" WOD that was inpired by the crew over at Power-Speed- Endurance.
I put a little twist on it in to accommodate my goals for training and time as well as in true UAK fashion to take a more athletic approach for straight line linear training.
So we've chosen to aggressively challenge stability both in regards to instability of the training implement i.e. the USB as well as instability of body position i.e. but doing TRX burpees.
This a nasty little condensed (hence the title every time I hear the word condensed I think of condensed OJ or my second favorite type of juice Cran-Raz)
That shouldn't take much more that 15 mins.
The secondary beauty with this WOD are the benefits of:
Challenging hip mobility in the bottom position
As well as
Challenging the ability produce single leg power along with sticking that landing.
