This WOD is inspired by a WOD right off of my Metabolic OverDrive dvd.
It never gets old and it never gets easy just you 3 kettlebells and 4 x 4:00 block to get your sweat on.
That's said we decided to add a little twist to how it's done today.
Instead of being a straight up metabolic punisher there's going to be a really strength component today.
Meaning that you should attempt this WOD with some pretty sizable kettlebells.
As programming necessitates if you upload then there are pretty good odds that you should lower the volume especially when you are working against density and the clock.
If you own the dvd you'll know that the original version was called MicroBurst which seem kind of weird and ironic to call a similar WOD, where you move up in challenging kettlebell size anything but 'micro'.
