This WOD's inspiration comes of both need and desire to get in some early AM WOD's
To say that I've been consistent with them is bit of an over statement.
That said they usually suck really bad when I'm doing them but on the same token I usually feel great afterward.
And do to time circumstances they are usually pretty short.
Generally speaking I don't load this WODs very heavy in the AM I will generally focus on complexity based movements or metabolic movements & programming
Today's and example of a nice fully body metabolic piece.
It also utilizes one of my all time favorite programming types, every minute on the minute you really have to be accountable to the time and as the 'turnover' is very rapid.
And the reward of rest is usually pretty brief.
Whether you try this WOD in the AM, PM or even at lunch I"m pretty sure you'll find it as invigorating as I did.
PS - there are three suggested levels of duration so pick your poison wisely.
