As humans we are designed to move, and the research supports this notion. Digestion, cognition, blood pressure, sleep…nearly every natural process in the body is improved in some way when we include regular movement in our day-to-day routine. But for some, a regular exercise routine can be very difficult to begin. This may be due to finances, physical limitations, motivation, or a number of other reasons. Whatever the reason, a great place to start for many folks is a simple at-home workout routine.
