Our inner and outer environments constantly provide feedback for our growth and wellbeing. But, we haven't all learned to listen. There are distractions and old beliefs and behavior patterns we all have that prevent us from tuning in to our Inner Navigation System that is designed to help us move through difficulty and distractions.

Awareness and knowing how to be calm and present is super helpful and understanding how and when to let go of the things and people holding us back. Things don't happen to us, they happen through us... whether they are things we like or not. Love yourself and surround yourself with people who lift you up and inspire you!
