Are we a nation of increasingly sick people? Or, are we a nation being told we are sick so the Big Pharma monster will profit more from our perceived illnesses and reliance on them to "make us better"?

From chronic issues that can easily be managed with lifestyle changes to "disorders" requiring meds for normal function, we have become pill-popping zombies who believe we have no control over our own health and wellbeing. This is a serious problem. We need to empower ourselves!  People need to be educated and shown how marketing, television ads, big Pharma, big tech, and the media have influenced perceptions of our basic natural human functions.

This is one of the most important conversations we can have today. In this episode, we kick it off. What are your feelings and beliefs about this? What are you doing to take care of yourself and those you love? Do you rely on pills and other medications to live a normal life? Have you been diagnosed with a chronic illness or labeled with a disorder? Let's take the conversation up a notch and dig in. Let's challenge the status quo together.
