I didn't plan on releasing this podcast...I was texting my good buddy Mike Krupica, along some other friends, to wish them luck on an amazing journey. It then occurred to me that we should DEFINITELY do a podcast on this whole thing.

Mike and some other members of the Parkdale Roadrunners are only hours away from a truly EPIC run that will test them in every way imaginable. 

I caught Mike just before the start of the race to see where his head was at and how he plans to deal with the challenges ahead. We cover all of that plus much much more.
