In this segment I sat down with two of the Ironstone gym members, Steph & Ollie, to reflect on the 2020 CrossFit Open and talk about what it mght mean for athletes who want to crush the open moving forward. During this conversation we touch on some personal reflections and an assessment of how Ironstone performed as a gym and at the tail end I address what this will mean for the programming moving forward.
